Steve Keightley - Managing Director
Steve has been in the flooring trade since the day he left school. He started his flooring career working with his father and 44 years later he is still in the trade. Over this time he has built up a brilliant reputation for his fitting skills, product knowledge and attention to detail. Away from work, Steve likes to keep active by going to the gym, competing in Triathlon's and spending time with his 2 grandchildren.
Jackie Keightley - Director and Accounts Manager
Jackie has been married to Steve for 34 years. She started her career at Barclays where she worked there for 12 years. Jackie has worked alongside Steve ever since, mainly looking after the accounts side of the business. In addition to this she also has excellent product knowledge and is always willing to help out our customers. She has two older children and 2 grand children who she likes to spend time with when she isn't in the office, as well as a dog walk along the beach.
Jon Saunders - Operations Manager
Jon grew up in the flooring industry, following in his father's footsteps and hopes that one day his sons will follow the same path. Jon joined Steve over 15 years ago and although has learnt a lot from Steve's vast knowledge, he is happy to assist on a professional basis in decision making and ensuring that you, 'the customer' make the right flooring decisions. Jon also prides himself on his bespoke stair carpet installs. Outside of work, he enjoys dining out, Formula 1 and supporting his daughter in her Ballet classes and Netball matches.
Jane LeFeaux - Admin/Poole Showroom Manager
Jane joined the team in 2016 after being in the Leisure Industry for 8 years. Jane keeps our team “in hand” and has built up a vast knowledge within the flooring industry and continues to learn daily. When not at work, Jane likes nothing more than to look after her family. She has two grown up children and two grandchildren and spends as much time with them as possible. Jane’s motto in life is “work hard and party harder”.
Lewis Keightley - Christchurch Showroom Manager
Lewis joined the team in 2016 after having a successful 7 years in the Bicycle industry where he worked in the UK, Mallorca and Australia. He has quickly built up excellent knowledge and passion within the flooring industry. Outside of work he is an avid cyclist who enjoys getting out on 2 wheels, a walk with the Dog and spending time with his 'better half'.
